• Screws: After the heat and grinding treatments, screws are expected to upgrade the working life and ensure the smooth and precise operation in grooving. (The micro-adjusting device can be installed as options)
• The machine body adopts a double V-shape and equips with the wear-resisting grinding piece on its guideway. meanwhile, the three-axes are precisely scratched (with painting each in front and back), thus ensuring more stable movement.
• The machine’s slideway offers high compatibility and long working life
• This machine equips with the standard automatic lubrication system
• The direct drive motor aims at ensuring more precise spindle taper, providing a precision machining skillfully.
